Panasonic announces the new WV-LD1500 LCD AV monitor equipped with VGA a panel that combines high brightness with ultra fast response time.

The typical response time of the new monitor is 8m/secs, minimising the residual image characteristic of earlier LCD’s and making even the quickest movements crisp and clear. The WV-LD1500’s 176º (H) x 176º (V) viewing angle keeps colours vivid and contrast sharp when images are viewed from the side, above or below. The horizontal resolution is 450 lines. The monitor accepts both composite video and S-Video inputs and switches automatically between NTSC and PAL TV formats.

Setup and adjustments are simple, using either the front-panel buttons or the on-screen menus with the option of eight different languages. Excluding the stand the monitor is an exceptional 86mm thick, making it suitable for desks and walls alike. The security slot in the back of the display supports industry-standard theft prevention measures. The supplied power adapter adjusts automatically to 100V - 240V AC power sources. Compared to CRT’s these monitors are durable, space and energy saving.
