Providing a high end recording solution, the WJ-HD616/716 features H.264 high picture quality (16ch recording), full HD HDMI output and Super Dynamic 5 link. The H.264 (high profile) codec powered by “UniPhier®” provides high quality and high compression simultaneously. The WJ-HD616 features 16 analogue video inputs, of which 8 provide Panasonic coax camera control inputs and 4 audio inputs providing 200 ips (images per second) in field recording and 100 ips (frame). The WJ-HD716 features 16 ch, 16 Panasonic coax camera control inputs and 4 audio inputs producing 400 ips (field) and 200 ips (frame). The sleek design and versatile features ensure the. WJ-HL204/WJ-HL208 will be a popular recorder for small to medium analogue security systems. The WJ-HL204 is able to record up to 4 cameras real time with up to a total of 100 ips whilst the WJ-HL208 is able to record up to 8 cameras with 200 ips. With 4 Audio inputs and the potential to accommodate up to 3 HDDs per recorder (including extension HDDs) this dynamic system produces flexible recording to optimise a security solution. One of the main benefits of this range is the user friendly features and multiple search functions creating a simple yet flexible recording system.

Super Dyanamic III Network Colour Dome Camera with PoE

The award winning System Solutions Division at Panasonic, launch the new WV-NS202 PTZ network surveillance camera featuring Super Dynamic III technology and progressive output.

The WV-NS202 features Super Dynamic III technology that enables it to deal with any subject no matter what lighting difficulties are present. Super Dynamic III performs gradation compensation of contrast on the pixel base, ensuring faithful reproduction of subjects in any area and position. Furthermore, it achieves the 128x dynamic range by using images taken at 1/60-second and 1/8,000-second shutter speeds.

In order for the WV-NS202 to capture remote subjects smoothly, a 22x optical zoom lens with a focal distance of 3.79-83.4mm (standard equipment) is combined with the 10x electronic zooming function. This makes zooming up to 220x possible, enabling high power surveillance and the clear capture of subjects at long distances. Compared to interfaced output, images of moving people and passing cars become smooth and easy to see as the WV-NS202 encompasses progressive output for the smooth reproduction of moving subjects.

For easy installation and IP configuration, the camera employs Power over Ethernet (PoE) IEEE802.3af, which supplies power and transmits images through a single cable. No separate power supply is required and all one has to do is connect the cable to the PoE switch or the PoE adapter for it to work. Also, the one-touch fitting mechanism means that to install the component to the desired location, just simply align the recessed part of the main unit to the protruding part of the attached mounting bracket and rotate the main unit clockwise, ensuring the fit.

The WV-NS202 PTZ camera ensures stable operation is constant over a long period of time, thanks to an original mechanism developed with Panasonic’s award winning know-how providing a robust unit for unrivalled reliability. The camera rotates 350 degrees horizontally at a rotation speed of 300 degrees per second. This enables the quick capturing of any subject regardless of its movement speed. Rotation of the WV-NS202 is also quick vertically, moving at up to 100 degrees per second ensuring that every angle can be monitored quickly and easily. The new WV-NS202 is a versatile, cost-effective PTZ surveillance camera ahead of its time. With high-sensitivity and high resolution image reproduction, it?s the first colour dome camera to feature Super Dynamic III technology with higher definition capability than the human eye.
