Bosch MON201CL 20’’ Color LCD Flat Panel Display Monitor
Designed for the CCTV security marketplace, the MON201CL monitor includes two looping composite video inputs, two looping audio inputs, and one looping Y/C input. Additionally, this model includes an analog VGA input to accommodate the increasing use of ‘PCs’ and digital video devices in security applications. The MON201CL has been tested for compatibility of operation with analog output devices such as the Allegiant Matrix Switcher System, the Divar Digital Recorder, and standard multiplexers. It is also recommended for use with devices and systems with VGA output of 800 x 600 maximum resolution. In addition, in applications where required, the MON201CL is scalable via on-board software to be compatible with a 1024 x 768 resolution VGA source. The versatile design allows it to automatically accept NTSC and PAL signal formats, and power supply voltages from 96 to 256 VAC. When connected to multiplexer devices, the underscan function provides a multi-screen display of individual cameras without loss or distortion of images. Its compact styling, including an LCD panel width of 86 mm (3.4 in.) and wide range viewing angle, makes the MON201CL an excellent choice for space limited and public view applications. Specific features to support public view monitoring include a DC power outlet for a 12 VDC camera; user friendly on-screen menus accessible via front panel controls or a remote control transmitter; and a front panel lockout feature to prevent access once monitor set up is completed.
