Network Monitoring - The key to greater control and confidence
A standard ethernet connection provides access to live and recorded images via a networked PC using a standard internet browser.
Alarm notification is provided on a networked PC via a pop-up window.
Alarm notification is also providd via e-mail with up to 5 e-mail addresses.
Set-up and adjustment can be performed from a networked PC.
Images can be downloaded and copied to external archiving media including CD-R/RW, DVD-RAM, HDD, DDS2/3, ZIP, etc.

Recording

Alarm recording triggered by any combination of motion detection and/or external trigger.
Up to 50pps recording rate - maximum 25pps per camera.
Completely separate normal and alarm record settings
Emergency recording at minimum interval and maximum picture quality.
Mirror recording function creates two simultaneous recordings on separate hard disk drives and reduces the concern for data loss in the event that a sudden hard disk crash should occur.
Individual camera recording intervals.
HDD can be partitioned from 10~90% for storage of alarm recordings.

3 Alarm recording modes:

Alarm channel - All recording capacity is switched to alarm recording
Alarm Plus - a portion of the 50pps recording capacity is reserved for alarm recoding without reducing the rate on normal recording.
Alarm 25 - Normal recording is reduced to 25pps to allow alarm recording up to 25 pps.

Auto set-up - all connected cameras are automatically detected.

Output A for live monitoring, single, 4-split, 9 split and alarm camera.
Output B for live monitoring, single, 4-split, 9 split. Three levels of password control.
Level 1 - All functions locked
Level 2 - Only the Split/Sequence, Zoom and camera buttons will operate.
Level 3 - Access to all functions.
CompactFlash(TM) slot - Images and menu settings can be saved to memory card.

Advanced digital functions

Digital I/O terminals - dedicated terminals for interfacing with external devices and alarm systems.
Built-in Motion detection - screen mapped into 192 areas (16x12) for easy setup.
Covert camera setting - A specified camera can be recorded without the image being displayed on the monitor screen.
Various search functions - Date & time search, alarm list serach, skip search, index search and camera filtering search.
Image alteration recognition function - The image files carry a watermark identifies them as the original images.
