DESCRIPTION

The BLC30 network camera lets you view real-time images over the internet. You can monitor your home or office from a distant location using a PC or mobile telephone. Panasonic’s network camera even features a built-in Web server function, so the camera does not have to be connected to a PC.

The BLC30 is very easy to setup, IP address setting, Port Forwarding and DDNS will be setup automatically with setup CD-ROM.

The lens can be panned (moved horizontally) or tilted (vertically) from a remote location via a PC or mobile telephone.

The built-in sensor detects infra-red rays emitted from a heat source, such as a person, and sends a signal to begin recording. The camera can also send an e-mail to your computer or mobile phone with the captured image attached.

The camera can view images in light as low as 1lux. It has the ability to switch to colour night view mode automatically when the subject becomes dark.

With one press of a button, privacy mode can be turned on ensuring that images from the camera cannot be seen.

Watch Your Pets

You can watch your pets whilst on holiday, so you always feel close to your animals. Images can be temporarily recorded during specified time zones in the camera’s built-in memory, you can view them at your leisure after returning home.

Watch Your Childs Room

The network camera lets you watch your sleeping child without entering the child’s room, so you can continue with whatever you’re doing. Colour night view mode clearly shows the face of your sleeping child even in dark rooms where the light would be insufficient for conventional cameras.

The human detection sensor detects any temperature changes in your empty house and sends the image to the PC or office, so you only need to check the camera images when there is an abnormal change in your house. When you return home and no longer require monitoring, you can close the camera lens to protect your privacy.

Wireless Communication

Wireless operation means that you can set up cameras anywhere without cumbersome LAN cable connections. The cameras support the high-speed, IEEE 802.11g 54-Mbps / IEEE 802.11b 11-Mbps wireless communication protocol for fast transmission of recorded images to a distant PC.

Image with Temporary Save

The BL-C10 camera temporarily store about 250 images in its internal memory, so, for example, you can observe your tropical fish or house plants over a long period of time. The image recording date and time can also be set, allowing you to see their night activities or time-based changes.

Save special scenes quickly and easily. Snapshot when your pet does something cute during monitoring, you can take an immediate snapshot by pressing a single button.

Privacy Mode

The cameras lens can be opened and closed physically or remotely over a network for added privacy. Those with access rights such as system administrators can also login to the camera and change this mode.

Setup is Easy with UPnP

Easy setup and expansion, even for novices, with no broadband router settings required. The camera supports UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) for easy network setup when combined with a UPnP- compatible router. With the software included, the setup wizard guides you through the procedure and completes the network setup automatically. It eliminates complicated procedures and prevents human error.
