23X high resolution optical zoom, the Speed Dome
The SPD-2300 is a multi-technology-using, high image-resolution-providing, 23X optical zoom PTZ speed dome camera. It can provide vivid video images with over 520TV lines in color during the day, and its Day & Night mode gives you high resolution of over 570TV lines in black and white during the night. Its up to 230X zoom capability instantly gives you a hawk’s-eye view of far away objects, and its outstanding auto-surveillance function provides you with a customized surveillance view of nothing less than the full 360 degrees. Especially with the different accessories now available, it is easier than ever to install the product, regardless of the installation environment, with excellent installation cost savings.
High resolution image of more than 520TV lines
A perfect combination of a high performance CCD sensor and a WIII integrated DSP chip gives you crystal clear horizontal resolution of 520TV lines in vivid colors or 570TV lines in B/W, enabling you to see all the details in the surveillance images.
High performance, 23X A/F Speed Zoom
The SPD-2300 comes with a 23X optical A/F zoom lens with 10X digital zoom enabling up to 230X zoom for your surveillance needs. It is especially useful for getting a clear image of distant objects such as vehicle plate numbers or for checking visitors.
Superior light sensitivity of 0.005Lux
The SPD-2300 uses a WIII digital image processor chipset with built-in SSNR noise reduction technology to provide cleaner images even in darkness down to 0.005Lux illumination. Any screen noise or ghost effects are effectively removed, and space usage for DVR storage can be reduced by up to 70 percent.
24-hour Complete Monitoring, ICR Day & Night function
Built-in ICR (Infrared Cut filter Removal) Day & Night technology automatically removes the IR Cut filter when night falls and switches to 570TV line B/W image mode.
128 preset settings, multiple Auto-Surveillance functions
Up to 128 different preset settings are possible. Settings can be done according to their surveillance area, time, and/or method, enabling customized surveillance for maximum security. The Image Hold function, that can be used to pause video at will, is especially convenient when jumping from one preset area to another.
DIS (Digital Image Stabilizer)
The built-in DIS (Digital Image Stabilizer) capability detects even the most minute camera shake and automatically corrects it, so the resulting image is always very stable and vivid.
Block surveillance from selected areas
For convenient privacy protection option, the SPD-2300 comes with a built-in function that lets you choose up to 4 areas to mask (as seen in the picture) while they are under surveillance.
Convenient OSD Menu
Using the OSD menu that displays camera functions in characters on the screen, you can specify each camera function easily and conveniently.
Motion Detection
The SPD-2300 provides the motion detection feature that automatically recognizes a subject being monitored and generates a warning message or alarm. Up to 4 detection areas can be specified.
Digital Flip
Enables automatic tracking and monitoring through controller operation right below the camera of an object in motion.
